1) Get a small pillow and place on the floor next to the wall,

2) Put your back flat against the wall directly above the pillow,

3) Lower yourself gradually against the wall until your hip align with your knee horizontally,until your thigh is parallel to the floor.

4) Hold for more than 30 seconds for a chance to enter the challenge (Hands off Hips!!)
