Caring for your silk bedding is essential to prolong its life span. Silk is a delicate fabric and should be treated as such.

Here are a few tips to help you maintain your Mimo Silk Products from pillowcases to infant cot slips.

Silk is best hand-washed, however, if you’d rather use a washing machine take note of the following.

- Use a fine mesh laundry bag to protect your silk from any abrasive damage.

We recommend our very own Mimo Silk Laundry Bag. Made from 100% polyester and safe for washing all your delicates including silk, cashmere and wool.

- Use delicate detergent and wash on a gentle cycle ( 30ºC)

- Wash with like colours

- Do not tumble dry

- Do not bleach
