My unexpected forced time away from social media got me thinking about ways in which I could shine more of the spotlight on the true substance of pageantry. The women who, regardless of title, are achieving amazing things in a crazy and uncertain world.
I've often said that the best way to succeed IN pageantry is to create an amazing life OUTSIDE of it, and that will be the focus of my new interview series 'Beyond the Pageant'.
I couldn't think of a better place to start than with my good friend Danielle Latimer aka The Pageant Stylist. From growing up in the most poverty stricken area of London, to building a loyal client base at Kate Spade, Danielle's journey has been one of passion, creativity, and the joy of making people feel phenomenal, even at royal engagements!
