Basically if you use ANY brand of laundry pods, even "ECO" pods, even, gasp, "ECO" pods brought to you by "ECO" brands they are encapsulated in plastic.

Plastic is not ECO. Plastic waste is really bad for the environment. So you are not buying an"ECO" product in any way. The opposite. What else do we have to say on this?!

It's just good to know when the marketing £ take over reason. Eco eco eco !!!!!!! Laundry PODS are not eco at all. They are also 20 year old technology and cost a lot of energy to make and ship. They also don't dissolve well in low water leaving gunk behind on clothes.

Pods are sadly the No.1 laundry product in the UK so we have a lot of opportunity to reduce that 35 x to 1! It's already working with thousands of our amazing melt customers many who switched from the pod side.

We are excited that we will have a stall at this year’s Black Cherry Fair in Chertsey on Saturday 9th July.

We will be running a tombola, with all proceeds going to help the work that JAHH does to support those who are homeless in our community.

It's really really fantastic to know we are doing something that is eco, works and that people love! We are growing fast and always want to welcome more subscribers to the Melt community.

The 5 star reviews from customers is what really amazed us since our launch last year. It seems we have brought products to the market that people really want. It's a great time as eco-zero waste and zero plastic are gaining traction.

However priority at Melt is to develop products that work really really well or it's not an eco-product. There is nothing eco-about a product that doesn't work.

This is one of the nicest quotes from a retired vicar in Yorkshire who cares for his grandson, just the two of them and he switched to Melt to make things easier and a little better value whilst also removing plastic.
