Pruzan: What brings you joy on a run? What’s something beautiful you saw on a recent run?

Lauren: The best part of all my runs is seeing the different terrains and leaning into the technical aspect of each area. During this run, we kept seeing little kids with their parents practicing their mountain biking with their parents on a loop of the trail. When I’m running the number one thing I love to see is other people enjoying their time outdoors!
