It is with the deepest regret that we have to inform you all that Jones & Payne has ceased trading. After just over 10 years in Shoreditch, the pandemic has another commercial casualty.
We have battled to survive each knock back over the last ten months but the latest lockdown and the uncertainty of the future has been one kick too many. Can we please thank you all for your loyalty and your custom over the years. The salon had some incredible moments but the greatest days were when the salon was buzzing, the music was playing, the chat was plenty, the chairs were full and you guys left feeling great. That’s why we did it, and that’s why we are so saddened by what has happened.
We also want to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has worked for us over the years – you made the salon what it was every day we opened our doors. To our current team – thankyou. The last 10 months has been unbearable and we wish you all the very best in the next chapter of your career and your life.
When we started Jones & Payne, we just wanted to blend East End Cool with West End Service and we think we did it well. We always wanted the salon to be a place you enjoyed going and that you felt happier when you left than when you came in. We loved every minute of it. We cannot really take in that this is the end, but it is.
To everyone that worked for us or spent money with us, we will be eternally grateful.
