One of our favorite apps we recommend is GOOD ON YOU, it takes just a few seconds to check the sustainability rating for a fashion brand. I just came across one of their blog articles that you may wish to take a look at. Would love to see some of these brands making their way through the Daadi shop doors

We are so sorry for the delay in our official opening. We are ready and waiting. I will keep sharing photos and I am happy for you to drop off clothes. I am off to New York on the 18th but two of our volunteers will happily meet you at the shop for drop offs. I shall be back on 7th July and we will run a big swap on my return. I promise cake and cava will be involved. I will also have some news from across the pond and hopefully some newly o spired ideas. Keep up the good work everyone. Keep away from fast fashion Your support has been amazing. Our local charity shops are doing a great job, especially Lions in Moraira, make A Smile in Teulada, Akira In Moraira and Jalon Valley Help. They all have a great selection of pre-loved clothes and their volunteers all are committed from putting clothing in the bins that end up in landfill. Together we can all make a difference but it is still a drop in the ocean. Stay focused everyone and remember that NEW is not what you need so buy different.

I am so excited to be one of the speakers at the Art Exhibition 'Women who changed the world'. I shall be talking about the Journey of Daadi Clothes Swaps. How it took me to India and why it has set me on a mission to make changes in how we view fast fashion.

Join me on 23rd April DAR Social Club & Community Centre, from 10.30. Come and join us for an informal presentation and a coffee. I shall be bringing some of our new Daadi Bags which will be available to buy. See you there.
