Phool label was established in the 1972 and are known for their beautiful prints. Exquisite hand blocked textile Made in India. It’s been hard to replicate the quality and beauty of these items. Which is why the value of them are stronger than it’s ever been. This skirt has a quilted hem.
My customer bought it for herself as it was a birthdays treat, and she will style it with tights and boots for the autumn.
