Sarah Brindley of SLB Designs has established her practice as a designer maker in Buxton, Derbyshire.
she is dedicated to the production of both private and public sculptural commissions in a variety of materials.

Some of her recent projects have been innovative textile skills workshops taught to members of More Care Design Collective.

MCDC was created to enable access to high quality design education to adults with different learning trajectories.

Working with MCDC Sarah led the artists to design and make a range of Samurai inspired panel costumes. The surface decoration graphic of each costume is original and unique art. All the fabrication is by hand and uses innovative cold working techniques and low energy methods of production.

We are delighted to have Sarah and More Care Design Collective exhibiting their wonderful collection at The Good Clothes Show Manchester!
