Large Industrial Pragatron Railway Wall Clock £390 Perfect Working Condition!Very rare find! 78cm dial. ✨
Very few glass dial retro railway clocks have survived.
This is a perfect example of a mid century modern glass dial which would have been lit up on a station platform in the old Czechoslovakia.
Probably it would have been double-sided.
The really distinctive hour hand suggests it was made by Pragatron, known for their factory and railway clocks throughout Czechoslovakia before the fall of the Berlin wall and the liberalization of Eastern.

Available for pick up at out workshop in Wandsworth, SW17.

Art Deco Mantel Clocks re-worked. Many 1930s English mantel clocks with mechanical movements are too costly to restore. Here are three we have given a new look to by painting the cases in vibrant Art Deco colours - Lime Green, Burnt Orange and Pale Blue. The old, useless movements are now replaced by modern quartz movements and fitted to Art Deco hands to ensure perfect timekeeping. All around £60 each. Would make a great window display and have great appeal to Interior Designers.

St Andrew’s collectors watch.This is one of only two unused watches I have kept for many years. I commmissioned it with the permission of the Royal And Ancient Golf Club St Andrew’s as the artwork for the dial comes from a painting in the club showing golfers playing over the links circa 1700 and reputed to be the oldest painting of golf.
I had 100 watches made in Switzerland under my brand name Roger Lascelles and it sold in Harrods in the 1990s.
Both are unused and in full working order.
