Wildflowers have long been admired not only for their beauty but their resilience to grow abundantly, without pruning, watering or tending. They are a symbol of hope and freedom and have been the source of inspiration for artists, poets and writers.

They also inspired Karen Reed who created the new ‘Wildflower’ Table Linen in linen union . Each napkin and placemat is adorned with a different embroidered flower and the table cloth is a full celebratory spray of all the flowers arranged down the centre of the cloth!

Cabana Union Stripe is a classic design in waiting. Woven in our blend of linen and cotton the stripe is achieved using cloth where the warp is white and the contrasting colour is inserted in the weft, creating a subtle cross-over chambray effect that accentuates the beautiful texture and weave that sets this cloth apart.

Reed have been lucky enough to work with the team Gregory Mellor Design on some very special projects across the globe from the west coast of the Cape to the east coast of New York.

Reed Heritage - The weddings of William Reed’s two sons to John Moorby’s two daughters in 1913 created one of Lancashire’s largest and most powerful weaving dynasties. With business booming, the growing family bought palatial houses and luxury cars. They entertained celebrities and dressed huge trees at Christmas.
