Atelier Gianni Lilliu is a young Sardinian designer who is a very well known for his creative flair and finesse. Back in 2006 he became a finalist at ‘Next Generation Regeneration Milan’, which searches for new talent in the Italian fashion industry and he has never looked back since then. Currently, Gianni works from his Atelier in South East London and takes pride in every one of his womenswear
creations. Each item aims to make the wearer feel extremely feminine, elegant, amazing and an uncontested diva. The cut of the garment, the design details and exclusive fabrications combine together to celebrate the female form in a marriage of style and exquisite tailoring. Not only does he cater for womenswear, Gianni also specializes in bespoke tailoring for men, creating individually crafted suits and separates to provide a unique look for each client. Each step of the production process, whether it be the design and construction, the geometrical structure and the research of fabrics and trimmings, ever the artisan, Gianni ensures that each garment produced has passed through his own hands. From the choice of fabric down to the stitching details and buttons, Gianni’s unerring attention to detail results in crafted garments of the highest quality with beautifully unique design details and just the right dose of eccentric originality. His unique designs have been showcasing at Washington DC Fashion Week and he has also had the privilege to dress the models for Top Model UK for the last three years in a row, where his outfits have been the highlights of the show. As a result of his involvement in Top Model UK, his beautiful creations have appeared recently in VOGUE Italia. Gianni is now currently working towards showcasing his garments at London, Milan, NY and Paris Fashion Week.
