🚨 PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING 🚨

•Any orders are placed every Monday.

•Refunds will NOT be given for any orders going over the estimated wait time, when orders are placed with myself the payment and the details go direct to the suppliers and all items are ALWAYS posted as soon as the supplier physically can.

•The 2 methods of payment is bank transfer or PayPal.

•There is a mix of UK & Import stock and these both have very different delivery times so please check before sending payment and ordering.

•RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

•NO ABUSE, NO NASTY MESSAGES, THREATS WILL BE TOLERATED AT ALL! If I receive anything along those lines you will be blocked and removed regardless of anything.

•If your item doesn’t turn up, contact the delivery company using your reference I have given you before contacting myself. I am happy to help as much as I can but please remember I take orders and pass straight on to the supplier who send the items out, after that it is solely down to the delivery service.

•Refunds will not be given if:

⁃ You don’t like your item
⁃ Item does not look genuine
⁃ It doesn’t fit and it’s the correct size ordered
⁃ Changed your mind
⁃ The item is damaged by yourself

•No refunds/returns given for any electrical items, underwear, socks, jewellery or makeup/brushes. This is due to hygiene/safety of other customers.

If I don’t reply to you regarding a message or comment then please be patient as I have a family and a life outside my group which I go above and beyond for.

I am not going to be explaining this to every single person. Please read this before placing an order. Once you have placed an order that is my confirmation you have read these rules.
