Another legend gone 💔🎶🎤 • Legendary singer Tina Turner has died aged 83.

She was best known for songs including The Best and What's Love Got to Do With It.

Turner had suffered a number of health issues in recent years including cancer, a stroke and kidney failure.

She rose to fame in the 1960s with songs including Proud Mary and River Deep, Mountain High.

Dubbed the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll, Tina Turner was famed for her raunchy and energetic stage performances and husky, powerful vocals.

Dame Mary Quant (1930-2023)

It’s impossible to overstate Quant’s contribution to fashion. She represented the joyful freedom of 1960s fashion, and provided a new kind of role model for young women.

She helped to define Britain’s global identity as a centre of streetstyle and innovation, with signature looks such as PVC macs, colourful tights, and the skinny-rib sweater.

Fashion today owes so much to her revolutionary and trailblazing vision.

💔 Actor Robbie Coltrane, who played Hagrid in the Harry Potter films, has died aged 72.

The Scottish actor also starred in TV detective drama Cracker and the James Bond franchise.

"Robbie will probably be best remembered for decades to come as Hagrid... a role which brought joy to children and adults alike, prompting a stream of fan letters every week for over 20 years," his agent said.
