With the dreaded ‘January Blues’ banished for another year… there is the tiniest hint of Spring in the air, but not much else. Being a city girl, I ventured down the Kings Road yesterday, looking for inspiration. There usually is something, no matter how big or small, that captures my eye and gets me thinking. Sadly, the Kings Road has turned its tail. Nothing creative, nothing inventive or remotely aspirational. Nobody’s exploring… using their imagination. The closest I came to being inspired was the window display at Peter Jones; a recreated cat-walk in celebration of London Fashion week👏🏼 simple… you might say! But it made the right statement. The rest, felt incredibly dull and a bit of a struggle.
One wonders… have we lost our mojo? Is that even, still a word?
Then I spotted these words on my way back. A small reminder of the home and the stories we have created.
