I wore this stunning dress from ZARA to a gorgeous lunch in collaboration with NARS Cosmetics and The Beauty Beat at the Brasserie of Light

I’m so proud of everything my beautiful friend has created. Bringing women together through beauty, connection and conversation is such a special gift.

The food was delicious, the makeup inspiring, and the company even better. A truly fabulous afternoon spent with incredible honeys.

And lovely to finally meet you mrsjaneharper 🫶🏽

A couple of weeks ago, I was treated to the most wonderful few days in Provence 🇫🇷 with for their annual wine tasting trip.

It was one of the most sophisticated, rustic, grown-up getaways ever and that’s saying something considering I’m not a big drinker! 🍷🥂

The brilliant Colin, Asda’s superstar wine buyer, somehow manages to make wine education fascinating, fun and accessible. From vineyard visits to dinner table conversations, he shares his incredible knowledge so generously, and it’s no surprise he’s helped win so many awards over the years. My knowledge of wine, sparkling wine and champagne is now officially passable thanks to him!

A huge thank you to , Alisca, Alice, Rebecca, Clo and the beautiful for hosting such an understated, chic and truly special trip.

The food, the wine, the fashion, the conversations and the connections were all absolutely fabulous.

And I couldn’t finish without mentioning my work wife for the trip, . We laughed from start to finish and made the best memories. Love you, darling 🫶🏽🤣

Sometimes the most special trips are the ones that leave you feeling inspired, connected and incredibly grateful.

Where’s my Leeds ladies at ?

Still buzzing - I had the pleasure of sitting down with and an incredible group of wonderful women who came out early morning last weekend to sit down with me to mark the end of Fashion Week at the

What started as a conversation about style became something much bigger.

We filmed a podcast for and talked about confidence. About self-expression. About wearing the scarf even when you’re worried it might be “too much.” About the woman who proudly wore her pillar box hat to breakfast and reminded us all that life is far too short to dress for other people’s approval.

We shared stories, we lifted each other up, we had a little dance, and by the end of it there was a different energy in the room.

Women walked away standing a little taller, smiling a little wider, and feeling more confident than when they arrived.

That’s what Find Your Fabulous has always been about for me. Not fashion for fashion’s sake, but using style as a tool to help women reconnect with themselves, find their confidence, and step into the world with joy.

I absolutely love my fabulous community. When women support women, encourage each other, and celebrate each other’s uniqueness, something magical happens.

Here’s to wearing the scarf, the hat, the bold lipstick, the bright colour, the thing that makes you feel like you.

Go and find your fabulous. ✨

Where’s my Leeds ladies at?

Last week I had the pleasure of sitting down with an incredible group of women to mark the end of Victoria Quarter Leeds Fashion Week.

What started as a conversation about style became something much bigger.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting twice ✌🏽thank you to my fabulous friends from and from for including me in your incredible events.

You start to realise… it’s not about what you can’t do it’s about what you’re willing to learn.

Celebrating the launch of Emma Grede’s book Start With Yourself, one thing really stayed with me…
She spoke openly about having dyslexia, and instead of letting that define her limits, she expanded herself. She learned. She adapted. She found her way through, and then built something powerful from it.
But beyond that… what I really felt was her energy.
Emma is fiercely confident. She backs herself unapologetically.

Like myself East London roots, raised by a single mum, mixed heritage… I felt that alignment deeply. There’s something powerful about seeing parts of your own story reflected in someone who’s gone on to build at that level.
Yes, there’s been some controversy around things she’s said around parenting and working environments and I think it’s important we don’t ignore those conversations. But when I step back and look at the bigger picture…
It’s powerful.
Because the message is clear, you can achieve your wildest dreams, but it will require growth, resilience, and learning things you once thought you couldn’t.

That hit me and I get it!
Because so often we stop ourselves before we even begin. We tell ourselves “I’m not good at that” or “that’s not for me”… when really, we just haven’t learned it yet.
Growth isn’t always natural.
Confidence isn’t always instant.
But both are built - with intention, discipline, and a willingness to step into the unknown.
Find your Fabulous isn’t about being perfect…
It’s about being brave enough to evolve.
So whatever you’ve been telling yourself you can’t do…
maybe it’s time to learn your way through it.

Emma gifted me two books and I’m going to gift one to one of you!

There have been seasons where I’ve doubted myself, felt disconnected from who I was, struggled with confidence, my body, my emotions, my purpose… and maybe some of you are sitting in that space right now.

Please know this! Your fabulous isn’t gone.
It may just be waiting for you to reconnect with it.

Sometimes becoming fabulous isn’t about perfection, looking younger, being richer or having it all together… sometimes it’s simply about learning to love yourself a little deeper, protecting your peace, choosing joy again and refusing to give up on yourself.

So if you’re not feeling great right now, use this as your reminder that life can still surprise you beautifully. You can still grow. Still heal. Still glow.

And if 52 can feel this good… imagine what’s still ahead for you too!!!!!!

There are some rooms you walk into… and they stay with you.

This was one of those moments

I had the privilege of attending the incredible Women Rising event, founded by the inspiring and sponsored by celebrating their new Patron, one of my favourite beautiful friend and I’m still sitting with it all.

The energy.
The honesty.
The strength.
The sisterhood.

Listening to women share their real stories — from diagnosis to survival — was deeply moving. Not statistics… real lives. Real resilience.

And as a woman of colour, it hit me. Deeply.

Because across both Black and South Asian communities, we are still facing barriers when it comes to our health.
We are less likely to attend screenings.
More likely to delay getting checked.

And that has to change.

This is your reminder, your health is your power.
Don’t wait. Don’t put it off. Choose you.

And to close such a powerful day… I stepped into the most beautiful space at the Her Table lunch
Hosted by most fabulous ladies and

Incredible setting.
Incredible food.
Incredible conversations.
And even more incredible connections….

Find Your Fabulous… on the inside too
