Crisp poplin and soft handloom cottons for Summer

This Summer we have a beautiful black organic cotton poplin for our Tina skirt. It’s certified deadstock which means we’re using fabric already in existence, reducing our environmental impact.

Styled here with the Maya top in a natural undyed handloom cotton. The Maya is an easy shape with a gathered peplum that can be dressed up or down.

All our garments are made by hand within a few miles of our studio. The fabric is cut, sewn and pressed one by one by hand.

If you have a hole that needs darning, we can repair it and give your knit a refresh at the same time.

If you’d rather darn a hole yourself, we can send you a yarn winding. We also keep spare buttons if you need a replacement.

Introducing a new colour for the Alma funnel ribbed sweater.

Chalk is a pale ecru colour. It makes me think of chalky cliffs and round beach pebbles on the Jurassic coast where I grew up.

The Ada cardigan in pink as worn by you

Just came across this image of one of our customers. You’ve asked about the exact colour of the pink Ada, and this shows it well.

With hints of magnolia and cherry blossom it’s the perfect shade as Spring unfolds 🌸

Crafted from British spun lambswool, knitted in a small heritage factory in the UK and brushed with thistles to give it just the right about of texture. Finished with organic cotton ribbon and British made buttons cut from corozo nuts.

This is the Ada brushed lambswool cardigan which just keeps on selling out since we launched it two years ago. Just restocked it again for Spring … but it will take you through Summer, Autumn, Winter and back again. Designed to last and made with care in a heritage factory in the UK.
