Happy New Year! 2022 feels positive so far. We know that once the pandemic becomes an endemic we have other, bigger fish to fry.

The evidence of is all around. Here is ice rink on the “hottest New Year’s Day on record” - closed due to the mild weather. With rising temperature and sea level forecasts not looking great, seeing this felt primitively alarming.

Reducing meat and dairy consumption can reduce our individual environmental impact. (Planting trees in farmlands would decrease greenhouse gases by 13 million tonnes over 20 years, amounting to a 25% cut in global emissions).

We can also invest in solar energy, ditch the car, and avoid fast fashion.

Christmas returns deadline is this week, Friday 15th January. We can issue a credit note in exchange for items bought in December if you don't see anything you'd like now.
