Nothing wasted. Everything reimagined.
A statement belt made for free, using discarded jewellery, old beads, forgotten trimmings and decorative pieces once destined to be overlooked.
This is the beauty of circularity: seeing potential where others see scraps. A little imagination, a careful hand, and what was once unwanted becomes something striking, personal and entirely new.
At Re:Velvet, we believe style does not need to come at the expense of the planet. Sometimes, the most distinctive pieces are the ones already around us, simply waiting to be Upstyled.
Welcome to Upstyled Atelier — where forgotten things find their second life.

Wedding season is upon us — and so is the question of the right shoe.

Our view? For wedding guests, comfort matters just as much as elegance. Your shoes are not only for the first impression, but for the entire day: ceremony, reception, conversations, dancing, and the long hours in between.
These No.21 sandals by Alessandro Dell’Acqua are a lovely reminder that vintage can be one of the chicest choices of all: beautifully made, full of character, and sometimes… as comfortable as an old shoe.
Because the best wedding guest style should carry you through the day beautifully.

Always dressed for the occasion.
Even when the mood turns a little Hitchcock.
This elegant Dolce & Gabbana mohair wool sheath dress proves that great style holds its nerve under pressure. Timeless, feminine and sharply cut, it is the kind of piece that brings polish, drama and quiet confidence to any scene — even one involving an unexpected flock of birds.
For those who like their fashion classic, a little witty, and impossible to ignore.

From damaged jeans to edgy bermudas.

Proof that even a cheap pair deserves a second life. When the fit is still right and the comfort is still there, why throw them away? Reworked with reclaimed lace from old curtains, this piece costs little, wastes less, and brings a whole new attitude to the wardrobe.

Less landfill. More edge. More originality.

Not vintage—just vintage-level confidence. Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2025 delivering pure Hollywood glamour in one piece.

When life rips your Levi’s in the wrong place… upcycle them.
These Levi’s Ribcage Bell jeans were damaged beyond a classic repair, so Re:Velvet gave them a second life as a pair of upstyled bermudas, finished with a reclaimed scalloped lace hem. A little undone, a little romantic, and entirely one of a kind — because circular fashion is at its best when creativity takes over where waste begins.

A little lace, and suddenly an old pair of Levi’s Ribcage jeans gets a whole new story. ✂️👖✨
This is what we love most about upstyling: transforming what already exists into something personal, feminine and fresh — without starting from scratch.
Why buy more, when you can reinvent better?
Old denim still has so much life in it, and a lace hem is such a simple way to add softness, character and individuality to a timeless classic.
At Re:Velvet, we believe great style is not only about what is new — it is about what can be reimagined.

2026: €3,105
2001: the original icon
Fashion calls itself cyclical — but sometimes it is simply the return of a masterpiece.
The Saint Laurent Mombasa Hobo Bag is back.
But the original, introduced under Tom Ford in 2001, already said everything it needed to say.
Same iconic attitude.
Same sculptural allure.
Same proof that true luxury is meant to endure.
So really… why buy new?
Because when a design is this strong, circularity is not second best.
It is the smartest form of luxury.

13/03/2026

Fashion is cyclical — and sometimes, what returns is not inspiration, but near repetition.
At the top: a Saint Laurent bow blouse from the current Spring 2026 collection, priced at £1,150.
Below: an original Saint Laurent Rive Gauche lavallière blouse from the early 1980s — still elegant, still holding its shape, still utterly relevant.
So it does beg the question: why buy new?
If luxury means anything, surely it is this — beautiful design, exceptional quality, and the ability to endure across decades.
True style does not expire.
And circularity is not only chic — it is one of the keys to a more sustainable fashion future.
Why buy new, when the original is still here?

Soft blush tailoring, sunlit ease, and effortless Riviera elegance. This vintage-inspired two-piece set captures the spirit of St Tropez dressing perfectly — wide-leg trousers, a beautifully cut sleeveless top, and that understated feminine polish that feels both timeless and fresh.

New arrival ✨
A joyful little nod to the 1980s. These vintage enamel earrings bring playful colour, light, and personality to any look — the kind of piece that feels even better when worn to the soundtrack of an 80s tune.
