A little throwback to this time last year when I did in Birmingham.

What an incredible few days I had surrounded by such inspiring businesses, plant experts, and people.
Unfortunately I can’t do this years as I’m away but good luck to all my friends taking part. I’ll miss you.

What an inspiration and joy.

David Hockney reminds us that art is really about learning to see.
His vibrant colours, sunlit pools, and sweeping landscapes celebrate the extraordinary beauty hidden in everyday moments.
He was more than a painter, he is a master of observation, encouraging us to slow down, look closely, and appreciate the world with fresh eyes.

His work is a joyful reminder that beauty is everywhere if we take the time to notice it.

I love discovering new brands, especially British ones.
I don’t buy new clothes much as I prefer to use what I already own or go for pre loved but as my niece was getting married I thought I’d treat myself.

founded by two friends who met at Brighton University while studying fashion Michelle Evatt and Heidi Fielding.

Together, they bring around 40 years of combined experience in the fashion industry, having worked across design, buying, product development, and retail for major British high street brands before launching Florere.

They created Florere to fill what they saw as a gap for design led, feminine, colourful contemporary fashion with distinctive prints and details, aiming to produce “investment pieces” that customers would keep for years. I love that!

I love the print and the style of this dress plus it’s incredibly comfy. One I can wear again and again. ♻️

One of the biggest joys in my life at the moment is dancing on a regular basis in decent clubs, to decent dance music.
Although I love the old skool dance tunes and day raves I also love the all night ones and new djs on the scene.
Out at 7.30pm, home by 5am. Over 30,000 steps.
Fitness, dopamine, fun, joy, connection, love.
