Standing here at Durdle Door, with the endless horizon ahead, I realised that sometimes the best escapes aren’t about distance, they’re about presence.

Throwing on one of my True Pursuits tees, breathing in the ocean air, I was reminded why I started this journey: to celebrate movement, nurture mindset, and find comfort in the little moments that reset us.
