Stef Reid MBE . Four-time Paralympian, World Champion long jumper, and someone who has waited a long time for footwear to catch up. As a blade runner, buying running shoes always meant one left unused.

In 2024, she sparked a global conversation about that reality — and 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 of the industry began to move. Saysh introduced a single shoe policy. Adidas followed in January 2026. Fitasy reached out, because what we’re building is part of that shift — footwear designed around the individual, not the masses.

Meet our newest Fitasy ambassador — Bianca Brooks 🤍

A Barry’s trainer with 5+ years experience, online 1:1 coach and Shreddy coach, she is dedicated to helping women feel strong and unapologetically themselves through fitness.

She and her partner wore Strides before and after an intense session at the Ministry of Sound Games last weekend. Recovery as intentional as the workout itself.
