Preparing for our next adventure, this will be our home for a while, just emptying it out to deep clean the inside and then load up, with a small space we have to list everything into a book and where it is on a plan so we are not searching for items the whole time in chaos,,

I like to take photos of decaying buildings, machinery and other objects that man makes, it reminds me of how insignificant the human race is and how ever changing the structure of civilisation can be, things built becoming great for a moment of time only to fall away into decay, making room for the next invention, generation, phase or trend.

AI , I never do get rid of poor photos from my catalogues , this is one taken on analog with the lighting to low and shutter speed to high causing a blurred image.
I asked Ai to clean it and sharpen it and this is the result.
What do you think ?
Is it an edited Photo or an Ai generated Photo ?

Amazing how things are found

Remembering Leopold Godowsky, Jr. Who was born on this day, May the 27th, 1900.

Leopold Godowsky, Jr. and his good friend Leopold Mannes were professional musicians (often referred to by their shortened surnames as 'God & Man')

They were also, however, keen amateur photographers. It is said that they measured their film developing times by whistling the last movement of Brahms' C-minor Symphony at a pace of two beats per second rather than using mechanical timers.

It was the two Leopolds interest in photography and chemistry that led to their pioneering photographic discoveries - work that caught the attention, support, and funding of Kodak, and led directly to the first commercially viable 'three colour subtractive colour' photographic film.

The two Leopolds gave us Kodachrome.
