Good news for little snackers, research suggests that just a small piece of cheese after a meal has benefits for dental health! 🙌

• It can increase calcium levels in dental plaque, creating a protective environment that makes teeth more resistant to decay.

Early signs of tooth decay can include:

🍎 Food getting stuck in the same spot
