Ellie's heirlooms I salvage vintage linen and upcycle it into beautiful everyday products, using classic designs and hand printed patterns to give it a new lease of life.

Handmade repurposed linen clothing using antique fabric. Each piece of vintage linen is up cycled with a handprinted design and then remade into beautiful classic and bold pieces. Any history of the linen is recorded on the label.

Good afternoon
Here I am in one of my made to order, hand printed, repurposed antique linen shirts. It used to be a dress that I reformed into a shirt. Reworking, recycling.
I'm going to make some that you can buy as gifts.
You can also order something to be reloved, or a bespoke print or even talk with me for a personal feature or style.
I make for you, I create individual-designed pieces, all re-using fabrics and handprinted patterns.
Make do and mend thats my thing.

Are you a maker, an artist, a creative? How are you doing?

I'm adapting. Fighting for my form.

All I'm seeing at the moment is creative, small businesses shutting down, having to give up their work or even being given the boot off their premises ( the most horrific situation)

Why can't artists create? Be paid for their work, so that they can keep creating and live, supporting all the living costs, family and very challenging journey of being an artist. Where things don't work in a linear way, it's unpredictable and vulnerable.
