Outfit of the day: 2–3 days in the office edition.
When you only commute into the office a few times each week, you do not need an entirely different wardrobe. You need a reliable formula that feels comfortable, polished and true to your personal style.
This look combines natural texture, relaxed tailoring and practical pieces that can carry me through the commute, meetings and everything in between.
The striped shirt
Material: Lightweight linen, a naturally breathable fibre that feels comfortable during warmer commutes and long office days.
Cut: Relaxed, slightly oversized silhouette with a classic collar and sleeves that can be rolled up for a more effortless finish.
Care: Wash gently at 30°C with a mild detergent. Avoid high heat and tumble drying. Reshape while damp and steam rather than pressing out every crease—linen’s natural texture is part of its character.
The jeans
Material: Cotton denim with a softly worn, light-blue wash.
Cut: High-rise with a straight, slightly tapered leg, creating a clean silhouette without feeling restrictive.
Care: Wash inside out at 30°C and only when necessary to preserve the colour and shape. Air dry and avoid fabric softener.
The loafers
Material: Brown suede with a traditional penny-loafer construction.
Shape: Flat, structured and timeless—comfortable for travelling while still looking appropriate in a professional environment.
Care: Protect with a suede spray before wearing. Brush gently with a suede brush and avoid wearing them in heavy rain.
The belt
Material: Black leather.
Design: Slim and understated, adding definition at the waist and making the denim feel more intentional.
Care: Wipe with a soft cloth and condition occasionally to prevent the leather from drying.
The accessories
Minimal gold jewellery and classic glasses keep the look personal without overpowering it.
An office outfit does not have to be complicated. Thoughtful materials, the right proportions and a few refined details can do most of the work.
