Yarn in the City are the organisers of the annual Great London Yarn Crawl, as well as workshops and other fun yarn-y focused events in and around London.

Our own is hosting a one-day only event next Sunday on the anniversary of Yarnporium! Featuring 12 amazing vendors in a tabletop style and lots of space for stitching and meeting up with friends. A small number of advance tickets are still available. Details in Alli’s profile!!

Our last shop profile for this year’s Great London Yarn Crawl is up on the blog today and it’s the lovely folks ! If you’re a sewist as well as a yarn enthusiast then you’re definitely going to love this shop! Fabric, notions, and patterns abound! Only a week to go now until GLYC 2019 kicks off!!

There’s yarn-y temptations aplenty , our next shop to be profiled on the blog for this year’s upcoming Great London Yarn Crawl. Small but perfectly formed, Sharp Works has a huge range of popular yarns - and we are in 😍with their cubbies filled with sock yarn! Make sure you confirm their opening hours before visiting as they’re usually only open Thursday thru Saturday.
