I placed an order Friday and apparently got stuck so im now waiting for a refund
As a large company and in good faith you should of honoured my order
Instead I've asked to speak with a manager to be rudely told no one to help me i just have to wait for a refund
This is absolutely disgusting not only that but you will not let me reorder at the same prices my original order is for once I get my refund I want this issue escalated please
No apologies or compensation
I just want my order i purchased fair and square instead im out of pocket with no products.
I want this matter taken further
