A lovely set of four Kip keepsake dogs, each created from precious clothing and finished with personalised embroidery 🤍

Every keepsake tells its own story, carefully bringing together treasured fabrics and meaningful details to create something that can be hugged and cherished for years to come.

It was such a privilege to create this special set for one family 🐾✨

What a month it has been — and a wonderful one too 💜

I’ve finished the Sands Baby Loss Charity May Challenge with a total of 55km completed 🙌🏻

During the month, I struggled with a sore knee while running, so to keep myself on track I swapped a few car journeys for extra walks whenever I could. In the end, I ran 46km and walked 9km towards the challenge (although there were plenty more walks that didn't make the total! 😄).

The support, encouragement and messages I've received along the way have been incredible, and I want to say a huge thank you. It has meant so much to me. The money raised will go a long way in supporting families experiencing baby loss 🤍

As many of you know, this charity is very close to my heart, and I'm so grateful to everyone who has donated, shared or cheered me on.

Running has opened up a whole new journey for me. I never thought I'd be someone who enjoyed running, but it turns out I really do 🥰

It was such a privilege to bring together so many memories from her rugby days into one keepsake to be treasured for years to come. Every jersey holding its own story, now stitched together in a way that can be enjoyed every day ✨

A little personal post from me 🤍

This May I’ll be taking on 50k for Sands, a baby loss charity that means so much to me.

Alongside being incredibly grateful to be a mum to my two boys, I’ve also experienced the heartbreak of two miscarriages, including a missed miscarriage. It’s something that, at the time, I knew very little about — and only through speaking to others did I realise how many people have experienced similar loss, often quietly.

This is a cause very close to my heart, and I hope in a small way to raise awareness and support for families going through baby loss 🤍

I’m not naturally a runner, but this is part of my own journey of taking better care of myself — physically and mentally. Every mile this month will be for the babies we carry in our hearts.

A little life and business update from me ✨

I’ve been enjoying some lovely time away recently, including a trip to London in March and a day trip to Edinburgh, along with a little sewing for myself and a few recent outfit makes that I’m excited to share 💕

I also wanted to share a little update on The Gathered Seam. My order books are currently sitting around September/October, and I’m so incredibly grateful for the continued support and trust in my work. I truly never imagined my little business would grow to where it is today.

Alongside making and teaching, this year I have been studying Level 4 in Counselling, and all being well, I hope to begin the Foundation Degree in September. This feels like such an exciting new path for me, and one I’m really looking forward to.

I’m so grateful for everything and everyone that has come into my path. My business simply wouldn’t be what it is without the support of my family, friends and all of you wonderful people. Every like, comment, order and word of encouragement means more than you know 🤍

I will absolutely continue making keepsakes and teaching sewing, though my capacity may change a little as I find a balance between more intensive study, family life and the business.
