We are truly sorry to share that we have had to temporarily pause shipping to EU countries.

Over the last few years, selling to Europe has involved navigating a growing list of hurdles - from complex customs rules and import duties to rising operational costs. The introduction of new EU packaging regulations (PPWR) earlier this month has added yet another layer of compliance fees and admin.

Please know that we are actively looking into practical ways to reopen shipping to select EU destinations as soon as we can - focusing specifically on France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain where our community is strongest.

Unfortunately, annual compliance and registration fees mean shipping to other European countries will no longer be financially viable. We are deeply disappointed that we can’t supply our wonderful European community as normal right now, but we hope to begin rolling those core destinations back out soon.

In the meantime, we want to thank you for your loyalty, support, and understanding - it means the world to our small team.

I finally got a chance to try on our UK made to order hat (Ha084) and she's a beauty! The Plum colour, combined with the dramatic sweep is so fabulous and elegant at the same time. I can see why you all love this shape so much!

Are there any other styles in our made to order range that you'd like to see on a human?

I love a plastic comb, personally. They just seem to suit my hair type better than metal ones, so if I'm adding a comb to my hat, I usually opt for plastic. The problem is, smaller ones are harder to find, but thankfully the fix is super easy.

All you have to do is:
1. Use a pair of wire cutters to cut the header of the comb where you want it.
2. Use a nail file to smooth the edges.
3. If you're feeling fancy, you can bind the header in a coloured thread to match your design.
4. Sew it in as normal!

The nice part is that you can save the bit you cut off, and use it in another hat!
