Long time without posting - I hope you are all well. The time has come to leave my sewing behind due to being physically unable to do some of the disciplines.

Well what a year! After finding our home in Torrington, we unfortunately had to move after only being there for 6 months! A stressful time. However, we were lucky enough to find a fantastic detached Victorian house in the town we really wanted to be in originally. We are proud to say we live in Lynton. A truly stunning twin town (with Lynmouth). We have the most glorious walks and views, great community and wonderful independent shops and eateries, all within 5 minutes from our front door.
We even have an annual Steampunk event for the Victorian water powered Cliff Railway that joins the 2 little towns. So for the first time ever, I actually made my own costume just for fun! The pups went into a just for fun dog show and Luke won first in Gorgeous gents! 😍
Also my beautiful Luke and Leia are now 16 months old and really are the joy of my life.
I am currently on a course in Data Analytics and will be one a Junior Data Analyst by the end. Sewing will be an occasional part of my life, but so is other forms of creative art such as painting, resin, pyrography and wood carving!

Hi all...I am sorry I have been so quiet but lots happening here. I have a favour to ask any of my NHS or retired NHS clients....I am currently working a data entry position which involves categorising anonymous bank statement transactions and have hit a wall regarding regular payments called 'NHS Tax'. We are unsure if it is pension related or earning related 🤔 can anyone advise please 🙏🙏🙏

Well, we are just about settled. Still some painting to do and I can't do much more in the garden now til next spring but we have a huge number of butterflies and bees in the back on a sunny day , have a nest of swifts under our lean-to and so many sparrows and t**s that spend their time in the front so I had to get a lovely large bird feeding station 😍.
The pups are recovering from neutering but have grown so big now and absolutely love it.
I am constantly removing my beautiful scatter cushions as Luke enjoys nothing more than parkour across the sofas and around the entire downstairs when he gets the zoomies.
Back at the alteration table and in-between work I am looking forward to painting new canvases for our living room and the office.

Well, we will be leaving Dorset in 2 weeks! We are off to Little Torrington, Devon.
I will of course not be sewing for first couple of weeks while we set up our new home. After that, I will be back to my workroom. I will be taking on all manner of work again, and for those wanting custom items, as always I will be able to ship items, including toiles (calico mock-ups) for costume fitting.
Website will be back up after we are settled.

We are moving very soon and so I have been re-evaluating what sewing I want to do in the future and have decided to sell my embroidery machine. It is a fantastic bit of kit. Perfect working order and recently serviced.
I am selling with 2 extra kits , lots of Gutterman sulky threads, new embroidery needles and a small amount of interfacing. Collection Hamworthy

The basic machine and frames sell around £850-£950 when they come up and that is without the 2 extra kits and threads etc.
I have advertised for £895 but will sell for £825 if bought and collected this Easter weekend.

To say excited is an understatement.....so excited I woke hours before needing to like a child at Christmas...today Luke and Leia properly join join our family. Sadly we have to keep Leia seperate for at least 2 weeks as she fell out of her whelping box Wednesday night and broke her 'toe'. Her mum's owner was very good to her to vets the next morning where they didn't think there was a break but sent her home with anti inflammatories and booked her in for x-ray the next morning. They do not believe it needs intervention just she can't be running around with Luke for a bit and has a week's worth of pain medication. Means I will have to spend alot of time cuddling...such a hardship for me! I truly believe I will never get over my 3 boys. I will always love them. I will never not miss them. But I am already smitten with these 2 bundles.
