This last week we (my husband!) has packed up 361 items so far!
It’s been a massive sale and still loads available as I’ve been adding extra too!

I’m now awaiting my operation that should be in the next few weeks and then I’ll be onto recovery and I can’t wait! I want to be back taking photos, being in the shop and running my business that I love.

A little shop update for this week 🤍

I’m still not able to be back in the shop at the moment, but online is very much still open and running.

With the summer holidays starting and a few things still a bit up in the air behind the scenes for me, the shop hours may change a little over the next few weeks.

This week, the shop will be open:

Monday 9.30am to 2.30pm
Tuesday 9.30am to 2.30pm
Thursday 9.30am to 2.30pm
Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm
Saturday 10am to 4pm

We’re doing our best to keep things going as normally as possible, and I’m so grateful for every online order, shop visit and kind message right now.

Please do keep shopping online if you can, and visit the shop.

Just a little update from me across Second Snuggle and The Little Loft.

I’ve been unwell for the past 4 weeks, and last week I ended up in hospital. I’ve got a slipped disc in my lower back and have had a lumbar spine injection to try and help. Recovery can take up to 6 weeks, so I’m really hoping this helps and that I can avoid surgery.

I’m very lucky to have a brilliant team around me and we’re doing our best to keep everything going, but I’d really appreciate a bit of patience and kindness if replies are a little slower, your order needs an adjustment, or shipping takes slightly longer than usual.

Sorry too for the shorter shop hours at the moment. We’re covering what we can and will be back to full hours as soon as we’re able.

I’m also still adding new stock online whenever I can, usually in between naps, so please do keep supporting our little businesses. It really does mean a lot.

We’re also juggling three children alongside it all, so it has all been a bit of a lot lately.

I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately as I’ve been laid up with bad sciatica, and I’m not very good at doing nothing!

Thankfully, I can still keep busy from the laptop, so I’ve been catching up on emails, planning blogs, ordering new stock and adding lots of lovely bits to the website.

Sam has been doing an amazing job covering the shop and taking photos so I can get everything online for you.

There are plenty of fresh finds waiting on the website now, so if you haven’t had a look for a little while, it’s a great time for a browse 🤍

If kids clothes sizing has ever confused you, this is worth knowing 👀

Vinted used to be that you list 4 years as a 4 to 5 years item, which is not actually how sizing works and made things much more confusing than they needed to be.

They’ve now updated it, and it makes a lot more sense. As you can see in the reel, age 4 and 3 to 4 years are the same size.

A small change, but definitely a helpful one.

‼️ Newness Just Listed

I’ve been out of action for a week with nasty sciatica but now I’m up a little bit more I’ve been able to get uploading in between resting.

🌟 There are lots of gorgeous pieces looking for a new home and we also have all hoodies at 20% OFF!

☀️ Hopefully the sun comes back out again soon, in the UK even for spring/ summer clothes we still need to have a whole mix of layers don’t we 😂
