The main service the Sewing Room provides is alterations and repairs to most items of clothing including replacement zips, linings, shortening etc. In addition to this Gill, the proprietor, can provide a make up service for many items including cushions, curtains, blinds, bridal wear, evening wear and prom dresses. The cost for individual jobs vary but the Sewing Room's minimum charge is £5. The shop is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:15 - 17:00
