It’s more than just a game. Football is in our DNA.

Almost 21 years on since we last played Argentina in a friendly in Geneva- my first ever overseas England match. It remains one of my favourite ever England games and one I’ll never forget.

Now we meet again, this time in Atlanta, with a place in the World Cup final at stake. It doesn’t get much bigger than this.

The rivalry is real, the history speaks for itself, and this semi-final is sure to create even more unforgettable memories.
