Bridal Shop Terms and Conditions
Customers are asked to carefully read our Terms and Conditions below. Once agreed please sign the original sales order.
PAYMENT OF ORDER
a) Customers are required to pay a NON -REFUNDABLE deposit or in full on the date of ordering all bridal gowns, bridesmaid gowns, proms and accessories.
b) No goods may be removed from the premises until full payment of the order has been fulfilled. In cases where a cheque is paid, goods will not be released until the cheque has been cleared by the bank ,which could take up to ten working days, unless it is supported with a valid cheque guarantee card to the value of the amount required.
ALL GOWNS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF BESPOKE WEDDING BOUTIQUE UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL.
c) Customers should retain their sales contracts, and any other receipts as proof of purchase, and be sure to have read this TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOTICE and fully understand its requirements.
Bespoke Wedding Boutique Failsworth has such terms to protect its business regardless of your circumstance.
d) All items purchased are non-returnable/refundable.
DELIVERY
Due to the present climate delivery can take up to 12 Months Delivery. Rush Cuts can be arranged at an extra cost.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
a) Customers who cancel their sales contract are NOT entitled to a refund of ANY monies already paid up to and including the cancellation date.
Once the sales order has been signed no refunds of are eligible and once the order submitted to the supplier the dress must still be paid in full. THERE IS NO COOLING OFF PERIOD!
Please be aware that once gowns are ordered no cancellations are accepted and under NO circumstances can this be changed. If you change your mind on your dress the dress still has to be paid for in FULL unless there's management discretion and then the decision is final.
Dress orders will still have to be paid for in FULL, if the wedding is cancelled for whatever reason costs will still be incurred to the suppliers and to Bespoke Wedding Boutique – regardless of ANY circumstance.
SALE GOWNS/ACCESSORIES BOUGHT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR ANY MONIES REFUNDED. SOLD AS SEEN.
b) For reasons of hygiene ALL accessories – – (tiaras,hair slides,fascinators) – including shoes , which have been removed from the premises once paid for cannot be refunded or exchanged .
SIZING
a) Gowns are ordered in standard sizes. Please be aware that gown sizes are different to that of high street sizes.
Please note: Gowns are MADE TO ORDER AND ARE NOT MADE TO MEASURE.!
After the sales order contract has been signed and order placed we CANNOT AND WILL NOT accept any responsibility in respect of any changes which may occur in the Customers size and body shape
ALTERATIONS
a) Your alterations will be completed by our sub contract seamstress who has worked alongside us for many years. All appointments will be at Bespoke Wedding Boutique.
b) Once you are happy with your wedding dress fittings the alterations will be carried out and a price agreed.
c) The alterations are chargeable per dress and not included in the sale price.
d) Reasonable adjustments within the price accepted will be made, however additional cost will be incurred if significant adjustments are required.
e)Once you have collected your dress and are happy with the alterations it is your responsibility how it is worn and looked after and no refunds can be given.
f) Your dress is your responsibility after it has been collected from the shop this is your acceptance that everything is satisfactory.
WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY AFTER ALTERATIONS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED TO WEIGHT LOSS OR GAIN! THIS INCLUDES PEOPLE TAKING WEIGHT LOSS INJECTION.
