ve a sales website www.heavenlybags.co.uk and are a happy family run business. Over the years we have made and kept many lovely and loyal customers. In that time we have seen many changes in trends and styles but what hasn’t changed is our love of bags!!! We choose all of the stock with my customer in mind, if we don’t like it or think it is poor quality we won’t sell it in the shop. Unlike the large stores we don’t buy from a spread sheet. I try all the bags on, checkout the lining and pockets strap length etc. ‘I become my customer.’
We buy what we think our customers will love regardless of brand. Being an independent shop means we have the freedom to buy the style, brands and quantities we feel comfortable with - that is the real pleasure of being an independent business.The shop is friendly and full to the rafters with every type of bag you could imagine. Just wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT in appreciation of the hard work and relentless dedication shown by Mavis and her great team at BEEHIVE. Mosley Common. Mavis told me a story ( I could listen to her all day🥰) about someone in great genuine need, they helped that person in a very understated and quiet way - no fuss no awkwardness just - Are you in need? Then we can help. I felt sad and then Mavis told me about a lady in her 90’s who was in desperate need of a reclining chair - they provided it. I quickly realised that there were many more stories - all sad all in need -people like us who just need a bit of help. So if you can, please go and support this great cause - so they can say YES WE CAN when they hear of someone in need . I felt very humble in the presence of Mavis and her volunteer team . Thank you x
