Big thanks Wayne for this Whitby cinema sign. The Empire cinema in Whitby was my childhood cinema near my home where I grew up and watched films such as Star Wars and Superman and Saturday morning kids matinee … the cinema sadly closed and the building was then converted to a Boyes shop in the 90’s. Fresh in today are more pop art prints. ‘The Stone Roses 90’ by .. Stockport, Pearmill and Toast Rack are most popular .. Oasis selling well close behind. These limited (75) A3 are hand signed and framed £45 each and here at Mount Antiques pitch at in Stockport.
