I’ve had so much love for this wee embroidered T-shirt after the most gorgeous human wore hers to Harry Styles at the weekend.

Whenever I’m feeling a bit sh*tty, I head out to my embroidery studio, stick my headphones on, pick a song that feels right and turn it up loud.

Then I let the playlist take over 🎵

One song becomes another, then another, and before I know it I’m down a rabbit hole of old favourites, forgotten gems and songs I haven’t heard in years.

Sometimes I’m stitching. Sometimes I’m singing at the top of my lungs. Sometimes I’m dancing around my embroidery machines like an eejit.

Music has always been my therapy ❤️
