Bought a 1950’s Bayko building set from an auction recently. I managed to make 2 different houses from it. You use metal rods and Bakelite pieces to build the structures. It was really good fun to build with. And far more hazardous than Lego!

Picked up some tin plate clockwork toy vehicles. They all still work, although some of the mechanisms could do with a clean after all these years. The Greenline bus has a sliding door.

Picked up this early Hornby Electric train set at an auction recently. I think it dates from the late 1920’s or early 30’s. It’s in good condition and even has some tiny Railway lamps in their original packaging. Some further research is required, me thinks!

This one’s a keeper! Airfix Motor Racing…. looks just like Scalextric. It’s never been used. The cars are immaculate and you even get some free BP oil to keep them running. The red car is a Ferrari and the green a Cooper. I’m really pleased with this find!

Loved my portable stereo in the 80’s. It didn’t have a tv on it though, like this one has. Analog tv isn’t available anymore, so all you can watch is “snow”. Looks cool though and has the original box

This is awesome! It’s from 1973 and it still works. It’s in great condition too. I just had to set it up and have a go!
