Bare in mind that the slight tear on the knee of those 70s flares came from a

tequila infused fall at a Led Zeppelin concert and the catch on that cute 50s circle skirt came from twistin' too hard to Dion & The Belmonts! These clothes have stories, stories 100 times more legendary than any clothing from today...and we're bringing them back to life!

Always the dreamer. 💭

The last 8 years have been a wild ride, this year especially. I’m so so fkn proud of me, putting on my big gal pants after a sketchy start, proud of my pop-up family team who literally make coming to work a joy even when it’s chaos 😅, who step up and show up, and our community who have stuck by us and made spaces so bloody beautiful.

I never could of dreamed it would be as hard and as brilliant as it is. Its about to go down as one of the best Seasonz we’ve ever had I reckon, from brand new locations to the OG locations.

Its not about scaling, its growing in new ways, planting better seeds, showing the world more art and better things that do good, about supporting more peoples dreams, the ones going against the grain, doing something other than the ‘norm’, chasing the creative paths and now experiencing the feeling I have doing something I fkn adore, passing it on to others. I hope in business, leading my team THIS is always the message.

Keep ya eyes peeled little angels for some SICK S**T about to go downtown ✨🕺🏽

Here to making my 31st trip around the sun one of the best. To be kinder to myself, to reach out for help when I need it and it's okay not to be okay when life throws absolute s**t ones your way- in fact it’s normal.
Being alive is feeling all beautiful and ugly feelings you gotta feel. Grief comes in many different forms and shapes. Things don’t happen overnight and without taking the risk. You don’t always need to do everything yourself. Your nervous system sometimes just needs a rest and reset from stuff.

Always. Book that trip, take that walk, call your friends and, cuddle your dog.

In the midst of the rose-tinted social media and highlight reels of out lives, I thought I'd share something a little more real.

Things I have struggled with lately:
🖤 Seeing and hearing the news and feeling helpless, guilty and frustrated
🖤 Overwhelm, not managing myself or my time as well as I can and missing important things to me and my business from brain fog
🖤 Asking or reaching out for help/ support
🖤 Taking a break to fully switch off, breathe and practice mindfulness or taking that walk outside or leaving my phone behind
🖤 Making sure I have decompress and process time after therapy
🖤 Life admin- I have a pile of parking fines (😅) sat there waiting to be paid or sorted
🖤 Being aware of my gut instinct and following it, choosing creation over reaction… ✨
🖤 Being kinder to myself, and giving myself a proper break instead of just burying my head in the sand and internally panicking/worrying

I’ve been so busy with work for the last 6 months, 6 shops as a one woman band has been a challenge but one I absolutely have loved but there is always some kind of sacrifice. is more than a business to me, it's a community and a purpose but there is a kind of loss of self sometimes when you give so much to one thing. Last year I took time to travel to try find that and I struggled to tear myself away from it and kinda just missed it.

Choosing to build something and keep going isn't for the faint hearted, I adore it but I think it's important to remember to find balance and to talk about the highs and lows of this journey and it’s something I don’t do enough. I hope by opening up conversations we can collectively feel less alone in this digital age.

Me and will be arranging a supper club for people from all paths to come together and share, open their hearts and connect their souls around a table of bloody delicious food by … coming soon.
