Mid July is a good time to get booked in, gives time to get those smart new shoes worn in and ready for long days at school!

💚1st walkers🧡

Here’s a Little Trotters guide to 1st walkers shoes…

💛 1st walkers are very soft and flexible but still give support to gain confidence
🩵 1st walkers have a generous toe box to allow those little toes plenty of wriggle room to help with stability
💛 1 prefer a 1st walkers to have a little ankle height to help support the ankle
🩵 1st walkers have very minimal arch support aiding natural foot movement
💛 1st walkers have a soft flexible, but also grippy sole to help them feel the ground beneath their feet
🩵 And I love a big rubber toe bumper to protect those shoes when they’re on hands and knees

How to find Little Trotters....

Little Trotters is so central to many Borders towns, just 10 Minutes off the A68 at St Boswells along the A699. Its about a mile out of Maxton if you're heading towards Kelso.

Situated on a busy working farm, you might be lucky to see a tractor, chickens or the horses Tom and Jerry... There is ample parking right outside the shop so no faffing with finding a parking space, or dashing through the rain.

Just make sure you use the old entrance by the house and then follow the signs to Little Trotters... DON'T be tempted to come in the new farm entrance, that is STRICTLY for farm traffic only...
