I have found a love of vintage!!
In 2016 I had an injury, whilst in recovery I kept myself busy by going to my first auction.
From Linen to lace, tables to trinkets, furniture to fabric... I enjoy sourcing and reselling pieces of social history. Pretty Pieces Vintage Store aims to offer good value, affordable antiques, vintage and retro items. Not just teacups - offers & info from Pretty Pieces - is a group attached to the store, where discussion is encouraged and proud purchases and information can be shared. Global shipping is available and items will be posted out at cost.
I should point out that whilst all goods will be packaged as securely as they can, shipping companies will not insure glass, china or other delicates. Pretty Pieces aims to sell only genuine vintage and retro linen,lace & Accessories. Some items may show signs of wear & tear - we call it preloved and memories. Items are displayed and described as honestly and as detailed as possible. Sometimes it is the little inscriptions, the chips and marks that make the piece ooze its history and age whilst showing that it has genuinely been ‘pre-loved’
