POV: You said you were “just browsing”… and somehow a whole new Lift Weights Lift Moods drop ended up in your basket. 🤷‍♀️💪

I can’t promise the clothes will magically add 20kg to your squat… but you’ll definitely look like you know what you’re doing while pretending to stretch between sets. 😅

The new line is officially here! Designed to help you feel confident, strong and ready to lift your mood as well as your weights.

Who’s treating themselves? 👀

Sometimes being forced to slow down gives you the chance to build something even better. 💚

While I’ve been resting and recovering, I’ve been working behind the scenes on a complete refresh of Lift Weights Lift Moods… and I’m so excited to say the new collection has officially dropped! 🎉

The mission hasn’t changed—it’s still about building strength, confidence, and looking after your mental wellbeing. The look has just had a fresh new chapter.

✨ The original collection is still available, but only until the end of this month. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported this journey so far. I can’t wait to see you wearing the new designs. 🖤

Sciatica: 1️⃣
Gym: 0️⃣ (for now…)

It’s been 5 days since my sciatica flared up on Monday, and I’m still not back in the gym.

I’d be lying if I said it hasn’t been frustrating. The gym is where I clear my head, manage my stress, and feel like myself. But healing isn’t about pushing through pain—it’s about knowing when your body needs you to slow down.

So this week, my workout has been patience, gentle movement, and reminding myself that one setback doesn’t erase months of progress.

Strength isn’t just about lifting weights. Sometimes it’s about giving yourself permission to recover.

If you’re injured, recovering, or feeling like you’re falling behind, this is your reminder: your comeback is waiting for you. 💚

POV: Your brain says “PR day 💪😤” but your sciatica says “Best I can do is a gentle walk.” 😂

Taking a step back doesn’t mean giving up. Recovery is part of the grind, and I’ll be back lifting heavy and lifting moods soon. Until then… stretching, mobility, and pretending I don’t make old-man noises every time I stand up. 😅

Lift Weights. Lift Moods. Even if today the heaviest thing I’m lifting is my leg onto a pillow. 💙

🎥 POV: You’re waiting until you’re “confident enough” to go to the gym…

Here’s the truth…

Confidence doesn’t come before you start.

It comes because you start.

Every person in the gym had a first day.
Every person has felt awkward.
Every person has wondered if people were watching them.

The secret?

Most people are too busy worrying about their own workout to worry about yours.

You don’t build confidence by staying home.
You build it by walking through the gym doors, doing one workout, then coming back again.

You don’t have to lift the heaviest weights.
You don’t have to know every exercise.
You just have to show up.

One session becomes two.
Two become ten.
Before you know it, the gym becomes a place that lifts more than just weights—it lifts your mood too.

Remember:
💪 Confidence is built, not found.
🧠 Every rep strengthens your mind as well as your body.
❤️ Be proud of yourself for showing up.
