Job Overview:
Seasonal Opportunity.
We are seeking two reliable and detail-orientated Laundry Attendants to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and other laundry items are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This is an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, quality and high standards our customers expect.
Experience preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens and towels
- Operate commercial laundry equipment
- Inspect linens for stains
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Maintain inventory of clean linens and supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed
Requirements:
- Candidates must be available early mornings and late evenings with some weekend also required.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads
- Excellent time management skills
