If there’s one thing I’ve learned recently, it’s that social media is just a highlight reel.

You see the gym selfies, the smiles, the routines and the “I’ve got it all together” moments… but you don’t always see the days where getting out of bed feels hard, motivation disappears, confidence is at rock bottom, or life just feels overwhelming.

This video is my little reminder to myself as much as anyone else that you don’t have to feel motivated every day. You just have to keep showing up, even if it’s messy, even if it’s slow.

I’m sharing more of the real journey because I never want anyone to compare themselves to a version of me that isn’t the full story.

Same girl. Different mindset. ✨

The first 2 photos is me a few years ago. The other ones is me now.

I’m still not where I want to be, but I’ve realised this journey isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming the healthiest, strongest and happiest version of myself.

Some days I have energy, some days I don’t. I deal with low B12, food intolerances and hormones that don’t always play nicely, but I’m learning to listen to my body instead of punishing it.

This page isn’t full of perfection. It’s full of trying, showing up, learning and growing.
