I don’t often talk about the challenges of living with Type 1 diabetes.

I just get on with it.

But behind the everyday routine, the gym sessions and everything else life brings, there’s a constant balancing act going on.

Before, during and after exercise, there are decisions to make, numbers to watch and things to think about that most people never see.

This is just a small glimpse of that reality. 💙
