NOTICE. A statement on behalf of Aggie’s Bridal and Hansel Alterations. We have been notified that one of our brides had an issue with her dress at her wedding. Whilst altering it, unfortunately a needle was left attached under the skirt. Very luckily, no injury to the bride or damage to the dress occurred. We try to ensure every bride leaves us happy with her dress and ready for her day, but we are human, and mistakes happen. Going forward, we will be implementing further checks on all items leaving the workshop, and creating comprehensive photographic details of all wedding gowns. Please be assured we will do everything in our power to prevent this ever happening again.
On that note, we offer our most sincere and heartfelt apologies to the bride and her family.
