In 2023, I launched Magical Moments in the hopes that I could help preserve & capture the overwhelming love & immeasurable joy that children bring their parents, grandparents & closest friends.
As a parent myself, I am all too aware of how fast the years pass by, & I am deeply passionate about finding ways to slow that down, to treasure the ‘small moments’ & small details that will one day be missed.
What I hadn’t counted on, was the timing not being quite right. As a rainbow mummy myself and at the height of my postnatal depression (though I didn’t quite realise it at the time) my heart wasn’t quite in it, & I wasn’t able to give it the time & attention it needed in order to thrive. Now, nearly 2 years on, I feel more passionate than ever about my little business & write this in a wholly different mindset than I was before.
Without further ado, I would like to formally relaunch Magical Moments, & hope that you will support me on my journey— whether that’s liking posts, spreading the word, making orders or anything in between 🥰
So what’s different this time around:
-I have decided after some deliberation not to do pop-up events, instead focusing on pouring all my heart & energy into home-making these boxes, alongside raising my little girl.
-boxes will now have several options:
1. for the box to be completely handmade by me to custom order - you choose the theme, colouring, wording etc & leave the rest to me.
2. to buy pre-set boxes with the option of adding a personal element such as a handprint kit.
3. to work with me to create a custom theme, but to buy a ‘kit’ to make yourself at home.
In a society that often covets productivity & separation over connection & sentimentality, I would love to be even the smallest part of breaking that mould. Don’t apologise for loving your children in whichever way feels most authentic to you, & hold on to every little piece of magic you find along the way. 🌌✨🌈
