Three years, countless memories, hard work, challenges, laughter and dreams… and now Charlotte officially nears the end of her journey at Hartpury University ❤️

Watching her grow into the strong, determined young woman she is today has been the proudest thing. This chapter may be ending, but a whole new adventure is just beginning ✨
