Helloooo 2026 👋🏻

Jumping straight in to face my fear of posting on the feed today!

This year hasn’t kicked off as I hoped, being taken down by various flus pretty much since Christmas. Instead of hitting the ground running like I planned come January, I’ve been forced to stay slow, be gentle, conserve my energy. Anyone who knows me, knows this is a struggle for me 🙃 but it also feels good to flow with the seasons and stay hibernating for a while.

I’ve taken off the pressure for ‘New Year, New Me’ and tried to stop comparing to other people. Right now, I need to listen to my body and take my time emerging into 2026. And I hope this might inspire you to do the same if you need 🤎

How’s everyone else feeling out there in the ether? Sending good vibes and ease your way wherever you are 🧚
