Something I don’t talk about enough is my post-surgery fittings…
There’s a part of recovery that no one really talks about with breast cancer. Not the appointments. Not the treatment.
The after.
When your body feels unfamiliar and something as simple as getting dressed suddenly isn’t simple anymore. Bras feel confusing (as if they weren’t already), uncomfortable and you’re left trying to figure it out on your own. 😞
What a lot of people don’t know is that this is where Sense Intimates began. I started by working exclusively with women who had undergone breast cancer treatment and surgery - this was my entire focus for the first four years, before I even considered expanding.
As of last year, I became a Cancer Research UK–endorsed specialist bra fitter, which only strengthens the work I’ve been doing from the very beginning almost a decade ago. ✨
My job isn’t just to find a bra that fits. It’s about understanding bodies that have been through a lot. It’s about patience, listening and creating a space where you feel completely comfortable. 🫶🏼
The studio is calm, private and everything is taken at your pace. This isn’t a quick in-and-out appointment. It’s a space where I help you find the comfort and confidence you deserve.
If you’ve had breast cancer surgery, whether it was 10 months or 10 years ago, I’m here when you’re ready. ❤️
